Aaron Kopelman
Broker and Chief Executive Officer
Aaron Kopelman brings nine years of real estate experience to Gold Street Properties. Since launching his career in 2017, he has sold more than 300 properties and closed over 300 million dollars in residential and commercial transactions throughout Sonoma Valley and the surrounding markets.
Born and raised in Sonoma Valley, Aaron has grown his business through trust, responsiveness, and long standing client relationships. He is known for steady communication, strong negotiation, and a practical, results oriented approach rooted in integrity. Much of his business comes from referrals and repeat clients, reflecting reliability and consistent follow-through.
In addition to his sales production, Aaron has completed over 200 rental placements locally and is a landlord himself. He understands tenant selection, market positioning, and property performance from both the brokerage and ownership side. His philosophy is straightforward. Protect the relationship. Protect the investment. Execute at a high level.
Aaron will continue operating his real estate business full-time as a Broker Associate with Sotheby’s International Realty in Sonoma. At Gold Street Properties, he provides executive oversight, brokerage compliance, and overall strategic direction for the company.
Outside of business, Aaron is a devoted husband and father. His family is central to everything he does. He enjoys golf and music and brings the same steadiness at home that defines his professional life.

Carmen Kopelman
Chief Operating Officer and Realtor
Carmen Kopelman brings nearly two decades of operational leadership experience to Gold Street Properties. A Sonoma Valley native and licensed Realtor, she developed her career within complex wine industry organizations where financial precision, regulatory oversight, and operational continuity were essential.
She specialized in accounting, compliance, and winery acquisitions, managing financial reporting, budgeting, regulatory filings, and ownership transitions. Her responsibilities extended into vendor coordination, insurance oversight, estate operations, payroll, workforce policies, and internal systems management across both boutique and multi brand businesses.
In addition to her wine industry background, Carmen has served as Accounting Manager for Sonoma Valley nursery for more than five years, overseeing day to day accounting operations and internal financial controls.
She also brings strong communication and digital marketing capabilities, recognizing that modern property management requires operational clarity along with consistent client engagement and visibility.
As Chief Operating Officer, Carmen oversees the day to day management platform, financial systems, compliance structure, and operational execution of Gold Street Properties. Her approach is disciplined, organized, and grounded in long term asset management.
She is also a landlord, managing properties with an owner focused perspective centered on financial transparency and proactive oversight.
Outside of business, Carmen is a devoted wife and mother. Her family is her world. She enjoys dancing and a good murder mystery and brings curiosity and energy into everything she does.

Christopher Barrow
Partner and Chief Strategy Officer
Christopher Barrow brings over 20 years of residential real estate, leasing, and asset management experience to Gold Street Properties. As the Founder and Managing Broker of Foundation Homes Property Management, he has overseen more than 2.5 billion dollars in residential real estate transactions and currently manages over 270 million dollars in active assets.
Christopher is known for building strong operational systems and running rental properties as businesses. His focus is simple. Protect the asset. Drive performance. Deliver clear communication. Hold the standard. He believes owners deserve a disciplined, business minded approach to their rental investments.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Christopher works alongside leadership to implement proven frameworks, strengthen operational standards, and guide long term growth strategy.
Outside of business, Christopher is a husband and father who believes leadership begins at home. He is an endurance athlete, entrepreneur, and certified coach who lives by discipline, consistency, and challenge. That mindset carries into every company he builds and every client relationship he supports.
